Our meals are designed on ancient principles from cultures around the world for women during postpartum, the first 40 days after birth. During this time the body is healing and adapting to a new way of life, it's integral that your body is nutritionally covered. To support your healing process you should be eating warm, soft, nutrient dense and easy to digest food.
