Why are your postpartum meals frozen?
Freezing meals is the best way to preserve nutrients, flavor, and freshness without the need for preservatives. Our meals are prepared fresh, then quickly frozen to lock in their goodness, ensuring that busy new parents have access to nourishing, high-quality food whenever they need it.
How long do the frozen meals last?
Our frozen meals typically stay fresh for up to 3 months when stored properly in a freezer. Each package will have a best-by date to ensure optimal taste and quality.
Do I need to commit to a weekly package if I order a starter box?
No, you are not locked into any program.
How does the meal plan work?
We currently have a 5 day meal plan setup which is designed for a monday-friday. However you can freeze the meals and choose to eat them when you need them.
Orders and Delivery
Meal plans: When do I need to order by?
- All orders must be in by 21:59 Tuesday for next week Monday delivery.
- We suggest ordering your meal plan in advance.
- Its important you provide your `due date` when booking. We will reach out before the due date to checkin with you.
What do I do if Iām not home for delivery?
Please ensure someone is around to accept the delivery and ensure the content are transferred to the fridge/freezer. We do not take responsibility for food spoiling due to the parcel not being collected after delivery.
What if my baby comes earlier than the due date or later?
- We will reach out 1 week before your due date to time delivery as best we can - considering uncertainties.
- If your delivery is earlier please reach out to us so we can adapt your meal delivery for the week you arrive home.
Where do you deliver and how much does delivery cost?
We deliver to the whole of Switzerland! We deliver with Schweizer Post and all deliveries are sent on Sunday with a guarantee of arrival at your door by Monday 9:05
Do you deliver to hospitals and birth houses?
Yes but please check with your hospital or birth house.
Can I pick up my delivery from your kitchen?
Pickup is available from the kitchen every Sunday (with appointment)
Vouchers and Gifts
How do I activate my gift voucher?
Please activate your gift voucher by ordering and entering your voucher code at the end of payment, this will deduct the amount owed.
Food and Dietary Requirements
Do your menus cater for dietary restrictions?
We cater for gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian. If you have other allergies please contact our team before booking your package to discuss possibilities.
Is your food nutrionally approved?
Yes! Every recipe, meal and daily/weekly plan is created and approved by our in house nutritionist who specializes in postpartum and women's health.
Are your meals okay for pregnancy and not just postpartum period?
Yes, our meals are fully approved by a nutritionist for pregnancy, postpartum and even beyond.
