Refund policy

Because our products consist of fresh and frozen foods, they are subject to specific return conditions in accordance with Swiss consumer protection law.

1. No Returns for Perishable Goods

According to Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 40f para. 4 OR), the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for meals, snacks, or drinks that have already been delivered or are ready for dispatch.

2. Cancellations Before Dispatch

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your order free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled shipping date.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before shipping may incur up to 100% of the order value, as we begin production and sourcing in advance.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any items are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email us at kontakt@nourishedmother.ch with photos of the affected product(s). In such cases, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Undelivered Orders

If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or re-deliver the order at no extra cost.

5. No Returns for Opened or Thawed Products

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened, thawed, or partially consumed.
